What will you be doing? As an Associate with A& M Taxand, you will conduct research and analysis of a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions and tax implications of financing techniques for a variety of entities and their affiliates. You will participate in tax-planning for corporate clients and apply tax technical knowledge to specific client situations. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with tax compliance needs of select clients while clearly communicating work plans and project objectives to the project team. You will assist in the development of economic models used to evaluate transactions for strategic planning and structuring purposes. A& M Tax Associates interface with client personnel to obtain information and deliver a high-quality project on time and on budget. Who will you be working with? We are not a typical tax firm. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting- Advanced Degree preferred: MST, MAcc, JD or LL.M.- CPA (or in the process of pursuing)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex information- Strong analytical skills- High proficiency in spreadsheets- Ability to simultaneously work on several projects and effectively manage deadlines- High motivation to learn and grow- Detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to excel in a deadline-driven environment How will you grow and be supported?
