Laundry Service Associate Creative Director - Art in New York, New York

We are seeking an Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction discipline who is a leader in every sense of the word. The work? A new player in the energy sports drink market. The ideal candidate is passionate about every facet of sports, from pre-season to post-season for all the four seasons. And that knowledge is essential as you will be working directly with senior level clients and will be developing original concepts for fully integrated campaigns. You will be well versed in the intricacies of traditional, digital and social platforms and what it takes to be forge a connection on them. We are looking for someone that can inspire and nurture a growing team and is able to create work that is both emotional and emotive.


  • 6+ years experience providing strategic brand and creative direction

  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring junior creatives

  • Passion for, or experience, with lifestyle and sports brands

  • Solid holistic, 360 experience with the ability to concept an idea and build an ecosystem around it

  • Exceptional presentation skills with the gravitas to lead client meetings and presentations

  • Success in developing big ideas that forge strong emotional connections between brand and consumer, and supporting those ideas with thorough research

  • The intellectual agility to look big picture instead of day-to-day

  • The charm to build relationships (internally and with clients) and collaborative leadership skills

  • Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

  • Must include portfolio link with application

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite for Mac
