LoopMe Associate Director, Measurement Client Services in New York, New York

What we need

As the Client Services AD of Measurement, you will be leading the account management team in providing clients with white glove service and continuously improving measurement solutions and processes. You will be collaborating strategically with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth, reporting to the VP of Client Services.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop a team of account managers, acting as a point of escalation

  • Ensure a smooth execution of measurement campaigns (within SLAs) and best-in-class service

  • Implement revenue growth and upselling plans, scaling the Measurement business

  • Collaborate with sellers and account managers on key client strategy, supporting on calls and demos

  • Own the operational process and implementation including documentation, rate card reporting and SLAs

  • Advise key clients on measurement solutions and feeding back opportunities/needs to the business

  • Help Product and the VP/GM of Measurement shape and improve both internal products and external dashboard

  • Work closely with Product, the VP/GM of Measurement, and Data Science to understand LoopMe's proprietary measurement methodology and ensure account managers understand and can speak to it sufficiently.

You'll have

  • Account Management experience in the AdTech space; delivering excellent client service and managing SLA's

  • Experience in managing, training and evaluating teams

  • A proven track record in account growth and implementation of upsell strategies

  • Experience in creating operational processes; managing their implementation and adoption

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence with presenting

  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization with the ability to manage up and down

  • A deep understanding and familiarity with measurement solutions, monetization and the AdTech landscape

Our Compensation and Benefits (for New York residents only)

$[ 130k ] - $[ 140k ]

In accordance with New York law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
