Job Description
Manages day-to-day tactical plan needs. Develops strong relationships with internal & external media stakeholders. Plans, directs & coordinates media programs for clients. The goal for this role is to develop innovative, multi-channel, healthcare media plans while fostering strong media partnerships to expand marketplace skill set.

Strong understanding of the overall media marketplace and partner landscape
Firm understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and terms
Day-to-Day
Oversees the daily execution of Partner Direct team tasks
Responsible for leading media planning process - team adherence to timelines, ensure partner recommendations ladder up to media strategies
Responsible for leading tactical plan presentation with client teams
Responsible for leading rate negotiations
Responsible for developing POV's on new partners and media offerings
Internal + External Relationships
Responsible for developing talent, delegating appropriately, and ensuring teams are working smoothly
Responsible for managing and prioritizing team assignments
Provides clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization, and measures of success to all key stakeholders
Fosters a positive work environment
Provides expertise and shares knowledge with junior team members
Delivers constructive, actionable feedback to team
Begins to develop working relationships with client contacts as necessary
Continues to develop relationships with key media partners
Collaborates internally with leadership across capabilities and teams
Continues to develop relationships with key Groupe teams, such as APEX and PMX
Able to navigate proper support for planning systems and tools
Contributes to new business efforts as needed
Qualifications
6+ years of experience
Pharma experience required, including HCP marketing
Expertise in multiple channels, audiences, and campaign types: Digital - Endemic/Lifestyle, Video, Audio - Terrestrial & Streaming, Print, OOH, HCP, Payer/Managed Markets
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience writing presentations, creative briefs, summaries of industry news and/or POVs
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Strong presentation abilities
Superior organization skills and ability to lead and oversee execution of numerous projects at one time
Strong client relations skills and ability to strategically think from a client’s perspective
Ability to think conceptually and to translate concepts into actionable media plans
BA/BS preferred
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $91,000 - $144,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
