KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join the KPMG Executive Education organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the delivery of KPMG Executive Education virtual and in-person instructor-led training programs

  • Perform all aspects of the deployment life cycle of courses: instructor communications, course builds via the LMS (Learning Management System), session logistics, materials management, CPE processing and vendor expenses

  • Collaborate with events staff on virtual platform and venue activities

  • Support internal and external customer and stakeholder relations via email and phone communications

  • Create and update process documentation and assist with special projects

  • Assist in other department areas as needed, including public seminar season planning, marketing and LMS activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of recent business experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Demonstrated interest in project management and adult learning and training practices preferred

  • Basic knowledge of NASBA requirements and CPE administration preferred

  • Excellent communication and organization skills and detail-oriented capabilities are required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to travel up to ten percent (currently paused during COVID-19 restrictions)
