KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our KPMG Executive Education organization.


  • Assist in the execution and oversight of opening/closing courses, processing of registrations and cancellations, and LMS reporting

  • Participate in all quality assurance activities including quarterly release testing and test script maintenance

  • Project manage website maintenance, on a seasonal and ad-hoc basis, for the Executive Education site

  • Assist the LMS manager with the setup and day-to-day management of client custom learning portals

  • Help in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documents

  • Assist in other department areas as needed, including marketing support, customer service support and deployment of instructor led sessions


  • Minimum of one year of Learning and Development experience, including experience with LMS administration; Cornerstone OnDemand is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

  • Experience with delivering training following regulatory requirements, knowledge of NASBA/CPE requirements preferred

  • Strong knowledge in technology and a desire to develop new technical capabilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
