Job Title: Associate Copy Manager, Coach Outlet, Creative Studio
Primary Purpose:Support and partner with the Copy Manager for creative briefs relating to Coach's hugely successful Outlet business. This is a mid-level role within the wider copy team, accountable for several ongoing projects for this fun and fast-paced fashion business.

In this role you will work closely with creative leads to ideate narrative and craft engaging, meaningful copy for Outlet briefs. From marketing emails to site assets, you will help refresh brand messaging on a weekly and seasonal basis.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in copywriting to...
Write and edit engaging, meaningful and original copy for Outlet (Women's and Men's)
Consistently create original, short and snappy headlines, subject lines and body copy that is full of flair and personality
Help to develop the Outlet voice seasonally across digital and print collateral
Support the Copy Manager on miscellaneous digital requests and other special projects
Brainstorm and contribute relevant ideas for seasonal concepts, product or collection launches, seasonal storytelling, etc.
Copyedit and proofread to professional standards
Understand the needs of both the business and the consumer mindset to deliver winning copy provokes action and emotion - and ultimately sales and customer loyalty
Effectively partner with the Marketing & Ecommerce teams and Creative Studio producers to manage and fulfill copy needs including site banners, emails, digital invites, mailers and more

The outstanding professional will have...
2-3 years of relevant work experience
A flair for creative writing and tone of voice
E-commerce and magazine/journalism experience (preferred but not required)
Experience writing Women's Wear in a retail or editorial environment
A positive, proactive attitude
