About the Role
The Associate Manager, Global Marketing supports all Global Marketing initiatives across new product innovation and core categories globally for BUXOM. This position is responsible for helping to lead the implementation of new product launch planning process and driving cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Packaging, Creative, Merchandising, Education and regions in the development of cohesive global launches. The Manager also supports the Director & Executive Director of Global Marketing in various brand analyses projects, strategic initiatives and brand communication. Position reports to Global Marketing Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead competitive analysis for the team, contribute to brand strategy and new innovation proposals
Support team on project execution according to NPD process in collaboration with Product Development, Packaging, Creative and Project Management team.
Serve as team systems expert; enter and maintain new projects throughout development, own SKU data, and manage artwork development process for all new and existing products.
Maintain key marketing documentation: launch tracker, project summary information, line edit documents, product assortment and new innovation details.
Support the creation of key documents (Launch strategy decks, Forecasting decks, Launch feedback report, briefs, bulletins, marketing decks, retailer presentation and PDP copy)
Maintain pricing scales and make recommendations on pricing and gaps vs key competitors.
Support local markets needs on new/existing products with registration, forecasting guidance etc
Partner with cross-functional teams to manage product early needs sample process, from gathering needs to shipping out samples, including product for events and meetings
Lead creation of creative and 360 briefs with Manager
Issue weekly marketing bulletin and serve as key point of contact for regional partners
Track all key information related to COGS, project codes, shade descriptions etc.
Support team with copy development and contribute to the creative process in development of product concepts.
Contribute to COGS and profitability analysis for new launches
Coordinate meeting agendas and minutes for key meetings

Qualifications
A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong social IQ

Proactive, self-starter that takes initiative to get things done
Needs to be a creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, and juggle multiple projects at once
A strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback.
Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
Experience in a global beauty role or color cosmetics role preferred
Software expertise – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $ 72,000 - 113,000
The range listed is just one component of Orveon’s total compensation package for employees.
