What you’ll do
As the Associate Manager of Omnichannel Marketing, you will report to the Director of Omnichannel Marketing and will be responsible for establishing and delivering the brand’s online and in-store marketing presence aligned to define Brand objectives and strategies within Key Grocery Retailers in the Grocery Channel. This role will optimize omnichannel marketing programs and performance across multiple retail media platforms by utilizing numerous tools to unpack data and key performance indicators, and then act on those data points to drive results. The Associate Manager will be a part of a high-performance team composed of digital and brick & mortar marketers to support retail connected commerce sales growth using path to purchase conversion drivers. This person will integrate digital connected commerce skills needed to succeed in today’s omnichannel retail environment with traditional shopper marketing expertise to drive conversion. Lead the development of omnichannel marketing programs for key retailers in the Grocery channel that delivers sustainable growth, drives our business, meets sales objectives, and builds a mutually beneficial partnership with our customers
Transform traditional retailer marketing support for the digital era, owning and executing omnichannel marketing plans for the full product portfolio
Drive omni-channel initiatives including online and in-store experiences such as buy online pickup in store, store locator, store applications
Manage assigned marketing budget & calendar in partnership with cross functional team (Brand Digital/CX, Brand Marketing, Finance & Sales) to develop retailer-specific programs to meet growth plans
Bring big marketing ideas to life for our brands and create omni-channel solutions that convert Grocery shoppers into KIND buyers
Build relationships with retailer omnichannel/shopper marketing organization to unlock new opportunities for growth and partnership to ensure efficiency of digital investments
Lead retailer Omnichannel presentations & engagements around digital media platforms and roadmap to improve marketing capabilities and performance
Proactively seek out new opportunities and improve ways of working to deliver improved ROI
Be a subject matter expert in performance & omnichannel marketing, understanding how to leverage campaigns & tactics to target shoppers across the consumer experience journey and throughout the funnel to drive conversion
Drive and champion Omnichannel ‘behaviors’, removing barriers / silos between Retail & Digital
Be responsible for executing functional aspects of program administration in conjunction with agency partners – i.e. PO issuance, input forms, vendor agreements, etc.
What you’ll bring to KIND
Understanding of both 3rd party & retailer’s data/analytic tools and how to effectively utilize
Ability to manage retailer specific omnichannel marketing investments, and understand return on investment
Analytically inclined with the ability to link seemingly disparate pieces of information
Detail orientated, reliable, resourceful, and driven for results professional
A self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
Able to work cross-functionally, evolve business models and influence long-term business strategies
Genuine in your desire to help make the world a kinder place, committing to always spreading and celebrating kindness
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and able to get quickly up to speed with business intelligence systems
Established business acumen, finance capabilities and solid project/program management skills
Experience working with retailers with digital first experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills – able to present concepts to varying org/customer levels
Ability to handle ambiguity, work independently, multi-task and prioritize/work effectively under pressure
Functional knowledge of the digital & omnichannel marketing landscape including, history of working with various digital/omnichannel vendors, agency partners and analytics software
Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
Excellent attention to detail
Consumer Journey Mapping experience
4-6 years of relevant digital media experience: digital/shopper agency, retail media platforms, media planning & buying, etc; grocery omnichannel experience
