Travel Retail is one of the fastest growing, dynamic, profitable and fast paced channels in the world The Associate will provide support in the management of Tom Ford Beauty in Travel Retail and work closely with the Assistant Manager/Director. This position will lead applied marketing programs and support trade marketing. Manage day to day responsibilities with efficiency and effectiveness while meeting long-term strategic objectives. This Position partners closely with Travel Retail regional marketing teams (based in Singapore, London, and Miami), cross-functional teams, as well as Global Marketing leads. This position will report directly to the Director of TRWW Marketing.

Product Marketing / SKU Management

  • Lead all aspects for new product launch activity once marketing bulletins are issued for saleable and non-saleable programs to be reviewed with team.

  • Manage operational processes and submissions for demand forecasting, pricing and new product launches

  • Maintain Regional Assortment along with Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.

  • Every week update the regional marketing calendar, forecasting document and regional assortment to ensure all information is up to date and accurate from a product and consumer marketing standpoint

  • Provide support to regional teams on new product launches, assets and marketing presentations, non-saleable samples and promo material etc.

  • Manage relationship with the Distribution teams (Lachen) paying close attention to launch delivery timelines, Excess inventory management and out of stock communications to the Regions. In addition, monitor key launch sell thru and provides feedback to functional partners.

  • Track all seasonal merchandising documents and planograms, with Visual Merchandising. Managing communication of VM elements needed from VM per season.

  • Owns all collateral/nonsalable file

Business Analysis

  • Data Pulls on several tools to analyze sales data by month, sku, category and region

  • Support in creation of marketing presentations for sales meeting, retailer presentations, etc.

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis, with particular focus on Travel exclusives. Help analyze performance and manage process for TFB exclusive sets

Consumer Engagement

  • Be the key point person managing Creative Requests on TFB and artwork releases. Track requests to maintain timelines.

  • Support the development of 360° consumer marketing programs to build brand awareness, boost consumer demand, and drive conversion.

  • Partner with Digital and Communications teams to craft the brand’s digital strategy and to create effective digital and social campaigns.

Project Management

  • Owns coordination of all Marketing-related support materials for sales and retailer meetings (e.g. product, comps, lab samples, visuals, etc.)

  • Manages product sample closet and shipments to support regional marketing and retailer meetings

  • Work on a variety of special projects as necessary



-3 years of experience in marketing (trade, product, consumer marketing) and/or operational experience

-College/University degree required

-Prestige makeup experience a plus

-Digital and social media skills a plus, awareness of Asia market social media platforms

-Must be self-motivated, proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented

-Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

-Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

-Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.

-Demonstrates agility and adaptability to changing market needs.

-Strong skillsets in Excel, and PowerPoint.
