Adviser Compliance Associates LLC Associate Product Manager in New York, New York


The Opportunity: In the role of the Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and writing detailed functional requirements and helping align them with our business goals to help improve our overall user experience.

You will be working with the ACA Group Information Technology team, ComplianceAlpha Product Team, and many different stakeholders across the company to help achieve our product vision, build and maintain the roadmap, and be a champion for our products. Our ideal candidates should combine technical background with a Business Administration or Marketing degree. Experience in IT, governance, risk, compliance, or Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) space is a plus.

What you'll do:

Work cross-functionally with internal and external parties including software engineers, ACA compliance consultants and clients to implement features for global roll-out.

Conduct research to identify customer needs, market gaps and help write detailed product specifications to deliver functional solutions to our clients.

Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines

Work with our Customer Success, training and support, and leadership teams on product roll outs. You will also work as a subject matter expert for customer training and drafting product documentation.

Work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience.

Coordinate and synthesize customer research and competitor analysis.

To qualify for the role you must have:

BA degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related discipline and 1- 2 years of work experience in: compliance, product management, consulting, or finance.
