Roles & Responsibilities:
Review the J.Crew Factory site daily with customer-first mindset; reacting to current business & changing trends
Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and brand creative teams to manage, maintain, and oversee the schedule of product launches and on-site presentation/features
Identify key categories and style investments to feature on-site (home pages, landing pages, content objects)
Partner with merchandising, marketing, e-comm opps to create new features that optimize the site experience, support key merchandising strategies, and increase conversion
Host monthly merchandising reviews to ensure site message and content are in line with business strategy
Continually analyze, execute, and provide improvements to the customer experience as it relates to navigation and product listing pages
Act as merchandising liaison to brand creative operations and creative teams regarding photography of seasonal investments and key styles (product images, marketing images)
Strong understanding and comprehension of competitor landscapes and competitor site capabilities (navigation and filtering offerings from industry leaders)
Generate and work effectively in JIRA system- owning and overseeing requests for site edits, price changes, copy edits, etc
Partner with customer service team to understand customer feedback and requests for site enhancements, including product requests and site updates
Work directly with merchandising, operations, and copy teams to communicate accurate fit and style details to customers through the product page.
Partner with Brand Creative and Email Operations teams on project management and daily site maintenance needs
Execute the end to end setup of all products for the site, including but not limited to product imagery and product attributes
Partner with analytics/insights team to analyze results of ongoing tests and make informed recommendations for future site improvements
Keep cross-functional partners informed on category and navigation performance, using site analytics and customer feedback to help inform future development of the website and its content.
Provide seamless customer experience when executing promotional strategies online
Strategize monthly and weekly promotional calendar with team
Requirements:
3 - 5 years’ Digital Merchandising experience required
Outlet experience preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
Possess customer-centric mindset
Strong process orientation and ability to understand system dependencies is a must
Bias to action with appreciation of dynamic work environment
