PVH Corp. Associate Sourcing Manager, (Underwear Group) - CALVIN KLEIN in New York, New York
POSITION SUMMARY:
Support product development and sourcing activities throughout the product lifecycle process. Align product development with seasonal line architecture. Engage with and influence cross functional and global partners to ensure calendar adherence and timely execution of key deliverables. Responsible for production TNA's, exception management and issue resolution.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Ensure tech pack accuracy SMS and bulk production stages
Work with supervisor to understand vendor strategy, guide Assistant Sourcing Manager on vendor / factory allocations for all styles
System & XPC data management including verifying accuracy of costs by style
Partner with Customs Compliance & Legal to confirm duty classifications
Lead weekly cross functional WIP meetings
Track status and delivery of samples, report exceptions to the business
Manage updates to the line grid including costing, minimum requirements, sample tracking, and style vendor allocation
Monitor Calendar and engage with cross functional teams to ensure all key dates are met
Liaison between design and vendor for product development
Understanding of product costs - able to identify price distortions and engage cross functional partners for solutions
Development and approvals of trim & hardware
Attend development and production fittings as needed
Collaborate with PVH offshore offices and factories directly on daily tasks
Engage PVH offshore offices and/or Supply Chain Partners for solutions as it relates to business needs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 3 - 5 years of related experience in Intimates sourcing, product
development and/or production
Education:
Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree is required
Textile/PD or manufacturing-related background is preferred
Skills:
Computer skills – Full MS Office Suite
Knowledge of or experience with PLM or PDM is preferred (will train)
Top-notch follow up skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills
