Beacon Hill Staffing Group Associate in New York, New York
Our client, a non-profit foundation, is seeking an Grants Associate to join their team in NYC. The hours are 9am-6pm and they operate on a hybrid schedule with three days in office and two days remote.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent application of grant processes
- Track and manage all inquiries, maintain data, and track deliverables and approvals
- Review financial reports, grant budgets, and budget modifications
- Prepare grant agreements, working with Finance to maintain records
- Asist with report generation, advise on regulatory compliance, and lead trainings
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience, 1+ year of true grant making experience
- Must have grant database experience (Blackbaud)
- Proficient in Zoom and MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Up to $75-87,500K base depending on experience + bonus
