POSITION TITLE BD/Marketing Coordinator LOCATION Hybrid - Remote/Woodcliff Lake, NJ Hybrid - Remote/New York City, NY OVERVIEW McLaren's marketing team is seeking a motivated business development coordinator to help support growth across our technical divisions, markets, and regions. Working closely with the greater marketing team, regional leads, and technical staff, the BD/Marketing coordinator will support initiatives through event and association management, industry event planning and attendance, market research and analysis, client database management, client outreach, and by bringing innovative ideas and thoughts to the team to help grow the business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting market research to identify and tailor business development opportunities. Managing and attending industry events Managing industry associations and staff involvement Coordinating and arranging potential client outreach, introductions, and meetings Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients Creating and maintaining client databases and outreach tracking Providing support to technical and regional teams for their targeted BD outreach Maintain inventory of company swag and branded collateral Periodically travel to regional offices and national events as needed (5-10%) REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of professional experience. Excellent people skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong networking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
