We are seeking a business-savvy storyteller to help us drive brand awareness, generate demand and drive member retention. This person will partner cross-functionally to align and streamline messaging, ensure brand consistency and elevate Blink’s content platforms. This role will build out the monthly content calendars and execute across owned channels.
Own end-to-end management of campaigns/content and projects from conception to creative briefs, planning, execution and reporting.
Partner with the cross-functional partners set goals and measure the success of campaigns and projects.
Own marketing calendar to ensure cohesive planning across functions and communicate out regularly.
Ensure alignment and collaborate with cross-department stakeholders (marketing organization and non-marketing functions) to drive consistent brand standards and compelling brand message to target consumers.
Lead organic social media strategy including organic brand strategy and community management.
Develop seasonal and monthly marketing plans for ancillary businesses to drive revenue and increase member lifetime value.
Partner with Tech Product team(s) leading our go-to-market strategy, planning, and marketing POV targeting Members for new products, new feature launches, and new content verticals.
Stay on top of brand marketing trends and campaigns inside and outside of the immediate competitive circle.
Lead development of CSR/Philanthropy program for company from the ground up.
Develop and manage social media coordinator to be a results driven, agile, talented, future-thinking and inspired as a requisite part of being a growing, leading health and wellness company.
3+ years integrated marketing experience in the consumer and/or lifestyle brand space, retail/DTC experience a plus.
Has worked closely with or led creative output.
Social media experience.
Self-starter and has an entrepreneurial mindset.
Collaborative and an excellent communicator.
Data-driven decision maker.
Resourceful and able to take a hands-on approach.
Ear to the ground when it comes to trends and design.
Track-record of leading brand initiatives with business impact.
Experience working at hyper-growth, fast-paced organizations.
Strong organizational, planning, communicating and presenting/sharing skills is a must.
