About LifeMD:

LifeMD offers virtual on-demand access to highly qualified licensed physicians across all 50 states. Patients will be intelligently and dynamically paired with the right physician based on the patients? needs, goals and lifestyle.

Your Role:

LifeMD is looking for a passionate, self-starter with a deep marketing background to join our rapidly growing company as the Brand Manager for LifeMD. In this role, you will lead the development of seasonal and evergreen brand strategies to engage our patients, build channels promoting longitudinal healthcare, and drive patient advocacy to expand brand awareness. You will collaborate with multi-talented internal and external teams to drive growth across all aspects of the brand and reflect our deep purpose and mission of improving the current healthcare system. This position reports directly to our Management Team and will have significant opportunity for growth and upward mobility.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer, passionate advocate for healthcare access, and values-driven communicator with demonstrated success building brand advocacy in a fast-paced startup environment. You?re an eloquent storyteller, a creative thinker, and a problem solver, embracing an entrepreneurial spirit. Business success for this role will be measured at every funnel level: increased awareness, improved brand engagement, and positive growth trends in key brand health metrics over time. You?ll be a high visibility partner and advisor to the marketing, sales, customer success, partnerships, people, and executive teams, and you?ll work with a really smart, high-energy group of people.

Your Responsibilities:

Support Execution of Launch Plans:

Manage tactics that support objectives and strategies for feature launches. Partner with cross functional teams and development studios to solidify plans and flawlessly execute. Work with multiple stakeholders to optimize plans then sell into senior management.

Manage Creative Development:

Inspire and work with our talented team to deliver best in class creative executions. Manage asset delivery and distribution. Creative executions you?ll be involved in may include, but aren?t limited to: TV, Trailers, Social Media, Digital Media, Promotions & Events, Packaging and other printed materials.

Support Network Development and External Partnerships:

Work with the management team to develop compelling cases for provider and pharmacy buy in and support. Work with licensing and creative team to establish synergistic partnerships and to build effective co-marketing programs.

Execute Testing and Market Research:

Work with internal market research partners to test then optimize campaigns and creative executions.Conduct competitive analysis, and post mortem reporting on plan execution. Liaise with management and collaborate with PR teams to increase brand awareness and patient uptake.

Lead Innovation and Discovery:

Collaborate with analysts and creative minds to innovate better ways of interfacing with patients and doctors. Oversee branded website messaging and development to best communicate the benefits of telehealth.

Requirements:

8+ years of overall experience (at least 3+ as a brand manager), executing large scale brand marketing, digital marketing, experiential campaigns, offline marketing, partnerships and sponsorships, and social media-driven marketing

Culturally aware - a strong understanding of culture and how it intersects with brands

Ideally previous experience in consumer, telehealth, product marketing

Creative and analytical thinker with a proven ability to champion world class creative marketing programs that deliver results

Highly analytical with the ability to understand data, build insights, create goals and measure impact

Expertise and extensive knowledge of digital health platforms, including corresponding regulations and operations with the ability to oversee and advise on the development and maintenance of strong advice targeted at mitigating compliance risk associated with digital health and other marketing activities

Strong understanding or ability to quickly acquire a strong understanding of digital health platforms, including the various state regulations that apply to them. The ability to break down complex regulatory requirements into easily understood concepts and succinctly communicate this to various business partners.

Proven experience influencing leadership in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly

The ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels

Proven communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) to interact with all levels of management

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree is a plus

Appreciation for design and a passion for Direct-to-patient telehealth
