Industrial Color Brand Marketing Manager - globaledit in New York, New York

globaledit, a division of CoCreativ, is looking for a passionate Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. Creative professionals need a place to store their photo and video assets, collaborate on work-in-progress, and distribute finalized assets. Our mission is to be the number 1 workflow platform and marketing place for creative professionals. About the Job:

Ideal candidates will thrive in working through the opportunities to elevate and grow globaledit’s brand equity and awareness with global creative teams and individual creators. Working closely with the VP of Product and Marketing, you will focus on top-of-funnel, brand-level marketing, building innovative strategies that reach new customers, and drive brand affinity with the creative community. You will lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns, craft compelling brand narratives, own multi-channel content creation and publication, and execute co-marketing strategies and partnership opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, lead and execute brand marketing strategies, that drive awareness, consideration, and favorability with customers

  • Lead content creation, publishing, and audience growth across multiple social channels and platforms (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn)

  • Oversee community management and maintain consistency of brand positioning by ensuring brand voice is consistent and relevant on each social media platform

  • Drive co-marketing strategies and identify key partnerships with media publications, brands, and products across the creative ecosystem, working closely with the Director of Partnerships

  • Lead our event initiatives from webinars, and tradeshows to experiential programs, executing strategies that build strong affinity and brand equity with the creative community and thought leaders

  • Define goals/ OKRs and measure the impact campaigns have on (brand health, equity, share of voice etc.,) and optimize for KPIs

  • Report on Marketing ROIs and propose marketing budget optimization strategies

  • Execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and organic channels, post-campaign measurement, and analysis.

  • Partner with product marketing to align around central brand narratives and themes for segment-based messaging and go-to-market

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in building brands and growing consumer products/services preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with expertise in strategy, marketing, and branding; agency experience, a plus

  • Proven track record leading multiple initiatives, delivering measurable results and succeeding in a team environment

  • Passion for writing, and storytelling; from building compelling narratives and content to dynamically engaging other companies, influencers, and thought leaders

  • Ability to influence and collaborate within the team and across a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including exceptional proofreading skills

  • Experience across all key marketing channels including web, social, email, search, digital, experiential, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Self-starter, an innovator, consistently raises the bar, while executing deliverables on time

  • Team player - willing to pull their sleeves up, no job too big or too small

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant focus (marketing, communications, business, etc.,)
