How can you make an impact?

As a Business Enablement Manager at McGraw Hill, you will serve as a leader in the Business Enablement Solutions Team. Manage team of non-goal bearing full-time and contract team members. Develop strategies that support objectives and influence pipeline and revenue.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. Occasional travel annually may be required, such as attendance at customer events, on-site team meetings, trade shows, and annual sales meetings.

What you will do:

  • Recruit, hire, and train team of Sales Enablement Associates, including a large team of contractor resources.
  • Coach and guide Sales Enablement Associate staff to complete in a highly proficient and efficient manner requests directed by Sales Representatives, District Managers and Senior Leadership. Support our main initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute Business Enablement Solutions Team plans aligned with business goals by performing daily, weekly, and seasonal planning in partnership with sales and marketing leadership. Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance of Sales Enablement Associate activity. This information shared weekly with leadership.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to train, coach and serve as a leader.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience.
  • Strong sales skills and experience.
  • Embody the work ethic and personality that thrives in a fast-paced culture with shifting priorities.
  • Displays and acts with initiative, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Experience in the higher education industry.
  • Experience managing or supervising a team.

The pay range for this position is between $60,000 - $72,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
