Citigroup Campus Recruiter and Program Manager in New York, New York

The Campus Recruiter/Program Manager will be responsible for supporting the Citi Global Wealth Organization – supporting efforts to attract, engage, develop and retain top junior talent. This role will be a hybrid position covering both campus recruitment and program management of the Analyst population.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruiting events, screening of candidates, interviews and offer process

  • Secure coverage for and attend campus and in-house events

  • Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts

  • Assist in the development of strategic initiatives for Citi Global Wealth’s growing Analyst Program, partnering with senior business stakeholders, program analysts and regional counterparts to strive for a globally aligned program

  • Manage relationships with career centers, business stakeholders and program Analysts

  • Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process – be able to market the Firm, answer questions, communicate status

  • Manage summer intern program, including onboarding, training, events and offers

  • Support program management processes including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation and promotion

  • Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring and full-time program statistics as requested

  • Assist in implementing and streamlining processes for a more globally consistent approach

  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed

  • Travel domestically 20-25% of the work-time during peak recruiting season

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 3 plus years of campus recruiting or other HR experience.

  • Proven track record leading a progressive campus recruiting effort preferably for a financial services firm

  • Desire to be in a client-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in recruiting

  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment

  • collaborative and relationship driven with demonstrated creativity

  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail

  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Effective interpersonal skills including communication, writing and oral presentation skills

  • Strong project management, creative problem-solving skills and ability to act independently

  • Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
