Citi’s Graduate Recruitment & Program Management (GRPM) Team is seeking an AVP, Campus Recruiter/Program Manager.

The AVP will identify, attract, hire and develop top junior talent. He or she will also develop on-campus strategy in partnership with business sponsors as it relates to university selection, business participation, campus marketing and assessment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Set campus strategy at target universities and determine appropriate business engagement

  • Assist in the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts across targeted campuses and efforts

  • Manage summer intern programs including: onboarding, training, rotation placements, events, performance management process, legal/employee relations, immigration and mobility

  • Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring and summer intern program statistics as requested

  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed

  • Travel domestically during peak recruiting seasons

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 3+ years of campus recruiting or other HR experience

  • Exceptional partnership skills both with the business and within the HR function.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability with capability of identifying trends and opportunities

  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in campus recruiting, program management and junior talent development.

  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment

  • Results Oriented: able to define goals and metrics, develop actionable plans and manage work to achieve desired outcomes; has a sense of urgency and fosters the same in others.

  • Communication: able to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles.

  • Accountability: assumes ownership for achieving personal results and collective goals.

  • Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow up

  • Strong project management, creative problem-solving skills and ability to act independently
