JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Campus Recruiter
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days a week on-site)
Duration: 1 year contract with possible extension/conversion
Responsibilities:
Coordination of all on-campus and in-house activities for schools including company presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews
Assist in the development and support of a robust diversity recruiting strategy
Assist the recruiter throughout the recruiting process
Assist with summer intern and/or full-time programs including on-boarding, training, events, appraisal process and offers
Support program management processes as needed, including rotations, placements, performance management, compensation, and promotion
Assist with managing data in online applicant tracking system, workforce planning, diversity statistics and related reporting as requested.
Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Recruiting and Program Management
Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn about technology, financial services and talent development
Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects in a very fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Effective writing and verbal communication skills
Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles as well as confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization
Strong relationship and client management skill set required
