Campus Recruitment Team Lead - Wealth Management Program

Job Description:

The individual will lead the Wealth Management (WM) Campus Recruiting Team and will oversee the campus recruiting process for both the Internship and Analyst programs.

Work in conjunction with Campus Managers, HR partners and Business leaders to develop and communicate line of business campus recruiting strategy.

Team Lead responsibilities

  • Develop individual campus strategy, marketing/business plans and their execution including diversity sourcing plans. Remain closely connected with all WM stakeholders to ensure consistency across program areas

  • Serve as resident expert on current hiring environment and competitor intel

  • Act as the senior central point of contact for both business and HR partners across WM recruitment efforts

  • Craft and present executive ready materials to business leaders across the WM organization

  • Oversee and execute detailed strategies around interviews, offer details, and headcount. Determine and implement sell strategies for candidates with offers

  • Ensure diversity is a top priority, and collaborate with Diversity team and organizations, both internal and external, to ensure a diverse pipeline of candidates

  • Facilitate the on boarding processes in conjunction with Program Managers and Recruiting Coordinators

  • Collaborate with broader campus team and business leaders to develop all aspects of the Summer Internship program including execution of performance review process, mentor programs and development/networking experiences

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of campus/professional recruiting experience and / or business management experience with exposure to the Talent Acquisition process

  • Must have STRONG knowledge of Financial Institutions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and openness to engage with people

  • Ability to articulate expectations, have crucial conversations, and communicate effectively with team members, leaders, and people with varying degrees of experience. Must be able to push back constructively and appropriate in relationship to the audience member

  • High degree of initiative with the ability to anticipate issues, think proactively and problem-solve

  • Excellent project management, decision-making, organizational, and written communication skills

  • Ability to confidently and comfortably deliver presentations and speak in front of large groups

  • Ability to engage in and build relationships with firm personnel in a variety of office locations

  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak season and travel when required

  • Travel 25% or greater in peak seasons

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Enterprise Role Overview:

Individual Contributor or Small Team Lead managing complex, specialized work supporting an LOB or a critical body of work within a TA LOB. Recruits critical bank roles with high annual turnover & predictable/repeatable sourcing. Takes ownership for a high quality hiring process; accepts responsibility for actions and decisions, applies multiple approaches in sourcing and cold calling. 5+ years of experience preferred.

New York City pay range:

$105,000 - $155,000 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
