Business Unit/Role Specific Info

US Consumer Services: This team is responsible for American Express’ suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, innovative banking services and products, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs. The team’s strategy is to build a strong premium Card business differentiated by Membership, which is brought to life by connecting our Card Members to what they love.  

We’re looking for an Undergraduate level intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as an Undergraduate Product Intern. The successful candidate will own a project contributing to either the launch or evolution of our digital initiatives. This person will chip in to product vision, strategy, and delivery of our digital products and gain invaluable experience as an Associate Product Manager. Product Managers at American Express play a central role identifying customer needs, building outstanding experiences, and leading teams across the company to launch digital products. This is a fast-paced team driving the development of digital solutions and partner experiences at American Express.

This position will be based in New York, NY.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program

  • Students must have a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025

Qualifications

Salary Range: $24.05 to $63.00 hourly sign-on bonus
