JPMorgan Chase Chase Offers - Communications & Content Management in New York, New York

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, outcome-focused, data-driven communications marketer who has experience working with both creative agencies and email vendors. They will immerse themselves within the digital offer / advertising space and become an expert on competitors and emerging industry trends. This individual will have strong execution, communication skills and ideally, have experience with data analytics and email campaign management systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the end-to-end email marketing strategy for Chase Offers with scale of 30MM monthly emails

  • Work closely with marketing stakeholders on audience segmentation with a focus on optimizing engagement from first time users and deepening engagement with repeat users

  • Partner with creative agencies to refresh the current email creative and develop new content and messaging for specific customer segments and offer campaigns (e.g. seasonal, expiring offers, new offers, etc.)

  • Manage end-to-end tracking and analytics of email marketing campaigns; draw conclusions and insights from data and identify areas of opportunity and growth

  • Continually test, measure and optimize email marketing campaigns

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across the firm (e.g. Card, Digital Product) to cross-promote Chase Offers in additional communications

  • Support all marketing efforts for Chase Offers including but not limited to, Chase-owned digital channels, in-branch communications, organic PR, etc.

  • Support the offer content strategy to help deliver differentiated deals and drive habitual engagement with the Chase Offers platform

  • Become a subject matter expert in the digital offer / advertising space; Maintain a pulse on the digital offers competitive landscape to identify communication and offer trends and ensure Chase continues to differentiate and innovate within this space

  • Manage third-party offer and email partners on business-related items that include regular performance updates, vendor oversight and offer content management

  • Build relationships across several stakeholders, including our team (product-design-technology), digital products, and card lines of business

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in email communications and marketing

  • Data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills and the ability to track, measure, and report on results of email marketing campaigns

  • Experience with CRM, data analytics and marketing automation systems (WorkFront, Optima or other marketing tools)

  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to "chase down" information in order to deliver fully vetted and researched answers and recommendations

  • Risk and control-the ability to identify potential risks and apply appropriate controls to mitigate them

  • Capacity to multi-task-the ability to pivot constantly and efficiently from one initiative to another in a fast-paced environment; keen sense of prioritization

  • Ability to develop and execute "test-and-learn" approaches and then take those learnings to inform the larger email strategy

  • Communication ability-excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to report findings to all levels of the organization

  • Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through to ensure delivery of critical items from both internal and external partners

  • A hands-on, "can do" attitude, and is flexible, adaptable and a team-player first
