WTW Client Care Outbound Sales Representative in New York, New York

The Client Care Representative is responsible for supporting our domestic and mid-market clients. Role will respond to inbound calls/queries, and generate leads through outbound calling/marketing campaigns. This position requires product sales and servicing experience, self-motivation and is a seasoned sales professional. A basic understanding of how survey data influences compensation planning, reward benchmarking and how to respond to RDI/W&R/Software sales opportunities. The individual will work with clients to resolve product/service issues, support internal/external clients navigating platforms, troubleshoot technical problems (inc RDI Store) and provide support

The Role

Relationship Building & Client Servicing

  • Manage participation and order process for both domenstic and mid-market clients/prospects through order solicition, marketing campaigns, personalized email campaigns and upsell/cross sell

  • Assist with job matching, data submission, data cleaning, queries and demos/training

  • Respond to primary empty cart and all RDI Store related questions/issues

  • Support RDI Industry Teams to follow-up with key targets for participation and orders

Identify Additional Sales Opportunities

  • Contribute to RDI annual revenue goal by supporting renewal report sales, upselling products & outbound sales calls

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales emphasizing renewals, retention and integrated or ancillary service line opportunities

  • Indentify International Sales opportunities (GDA) and Software Sales opportunities then field to appropriate BD

  • Manage competitor orders and third party order verification (MarketPay/PayScale/PF/

Survey Development

  • Partners with marketing/other RDI teams to develop/execute campaigns to target participants/product sales

  • Collaborate and seek out synergies with affiliated practices to achieve common goals/objectives through industry collaboration

Training and Development

  • Support team in learning product, job match and solution focused conversations as required

  • Support team to conduct training and demos in our client facing online tools (clients and consultants)

The Requirements

  • Experience in a corporate environment, selling or delivering high level customer service

  • Compensation/Reward/Software or related HR knowledge required

  • Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.


The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000-$101,750 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
