Client management

The role of client management at Pearlfisher is to propel the greatness of our team and a project and we build, grow and develop relationships with our colleagues and our clients. Uncovering their needs and desires and helping them to create change for the better.

Overall Remit

Support the Business Development and well being of the studio at Pearlfisher New York

Effectively manage a variety of internal relationships and processes spanning the Studio

Key Objectives

To show long term characteristics of development toward a client executive role by supporting Client Managers/Senior Client Managers on 2-3 projects at any one time

To start to develop supporting relationships with clients

Specific Responsibilities

Administrative:

Develop strong internal relationships (particularly with Client Management team, concierge, new business and finance manager)

Archiving and filing on ad-hoc basis

Supporting the Client management team when travelling

With input from CM team, keep the live client mailing list up to date and accurate

Help CM/SCM/CD set-up design team briefings and meetings in the diary

Ensure efficient team administration ensure all documentation is up to date on the client server (eg. Proposals, estimates, visuals etc.)

Under the guidance of Client Manager/SCM/CD, effectively resource specific projects on a weekly basis with the studio manager.

Input figures onto Pegasus from approved estimates and proposals

Keep identified revenue figures up to date prior to weekly revenue meeting and during the meeting itself

Write cost estimates for low complexity projects with the support of the SCM/CD/HOCM/BDM

When needed support the head of resources and the Marcomms team with NY Initiatives and events

Internal and external:

Support CM/SCM/CD/HOCM by managing the artwork process including gathering together technical information, dielines etc, being part of the briefing, copy checking and ensuring the lead designer, realization team member, and SCM/CD have all approved for release to client

Under the guidance of SCM/CD, report on weekly project status for key clients/projects through contact reports, status reports to internal/external teams.

Arranging client entertainment as and when required

Represent client service on the Pearlfisher events team

Support the new and existing client development by desk research and information gathering.

Contribute to the positive working culture of Pearlfisher NYC studio.

information gathering and management:

Fielding and circulating interesting news articles, blogs, events features relevant to our business and the development of our clients

Sourcing product samples and reference materials (pack samples, images, marketing communication)

Support In the management of studio and client events ? invite lists etc
