WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Within Healthcare/Life Sciences, creates business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals

  • Act as an emerging technology advisor within Account Management for Healthcare/Life Sciences clients

  • Responsible for current client management, upselling into target clients as well as opening new doors with prospective clients

  • Align with other EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leaders to co-develop/support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction

  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges within the Healthcare/Life Sciences markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives

  • Shape solutions and properly scope/price engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase

  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio

  • Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Solution SME’s, and Sales and Delivery Leaders

  • Drive revenue within the client/account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell end-to-end EPAM services

  • Align with EPAM BU’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets

  • Support sales/pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close/sign new deals

REQUIREMENTS

  • More than 14+ years of demonstrated management consulting success in developing and growing client relationships within Healthcare/Life Sciences industry. A blend of consulting and corporate is also of interest

  • Knowledge of technology, business models, subject matter and trends within Healthcare, Life Sciences and Medical Device industries

  • Highly motivated and driven. Able to inspire and train others

  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis

  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios

  • Superb verbal and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion

  • Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense; along with strong negotiation skills

  • A Bachelors degree is required. Advanced education is appreciated

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.   • This position operates in a remote capacity, but you must live within driving distance to an EPAM office. Your recruiter will discuss specific details about work location during the initial interview process

  • This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
