Description

Client Service Associate wanted for a wealth management firm located downtown. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a financial services or professional services environment. Tasks include scheduling of appointments for 2 executives, general office support, travel planning, expenses, and special projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, approachable and friendly administrative professionals with excellent communication skills and sound judgment. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter. Requirements - Solid understanding of Calendar Management

  • Book Travel Arrangements experience required

  • Deep understanding of Managing Timelines

  • Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

    • Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Skills in internet research

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
