Synthesio Client Services Specialist - Internship in New York, New York
Degree Target: Business, Technical or Liberal Arts
Minimum Commitment: 35 hours per week during the summer; Minimum 15 hours during Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 semester.
Synthesio has an outstanding opportunity for an undergraduate student intern to join our fast-growing software company. We are looking for a highly motivated student intern to join our Client Services team to assist with our Customer Success initiatives. The internship would begin with 35 hours per week in summer 2019 with continued part-time work during the school year.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
Strong Internet research skills required
Strong communication, time management and prioritization skills required
Prior experience working in a fast-paced office setting strongly preferred
Prior background in SQL or Boolean query language ? nice to have
Advanced knowledge or fluency in a second language beyond English ? nice to have
This role will provide an opportunity to learn while contributing to critical business operations, including but not limited to:
Assisting in the client dashboard setup including query writing and data manipulation
Working to support the QA initiatives including data quality, bug tracking and issue replication
Assisting in the maintenance of the Global Query Library
Participating in research and discovery activities, including keyword research, general client discovery, vertical research, synonym and spam research and other type of special research projects
Assisting in Insights Analysis, reviewing and synthesizing data from client dashboards
Assisting in the Client Onboarding activities such as scheduling kickoff meetings and/or preparing the Gantt chartsWorking on Client Presentations, including Kickoff presentation, Status Check in, and Presales decks
