Yoh Services LLC CLO Analyst (Buy Side, Asset Managers, Trustees) Admin/HR/Accounting/Finance in New York, New York

Main requirements:

- Experience within the CLO space and knowledge of a CLO structure
(Collateralized Loan Obligation)

- Middle office operations experience

- Experience with Indentures (the CLO agreementbetween the issuer and
the trustee)

-Bank Loan experience is very helpful

- Experience supporting anAsset Manager, Trustees or other Buy Side
(i.e. Wells Fargo, US Bank, BNY Mellon, etc.)

Desired: 2 - 4 years, not right out of college (but due to nature of the
job, someone seasoned might find tasks mundane

Preferred (not required):basic Python, SQL, VBA (not coding)

Additional:

Structured Products, CLOs, Compliance Testing for CLOs, indentures
(reading and interpreting)/legal documents that control CLOs

Responsibilities:

- Responsiblefor stress testing of existing and new compliance tests
with the service provider.

- Perform reconciliations, research and resolve discrepancies.

-Review reconciliations delivered by the vendor.

-Liaise with the vendor on resolving discrepancies.

- Trustee reports and waterfall review.

- Work with the vendor on reviewing and solving issues.

- CLO document review and interpretation.

-Compliance testing and calculations.

-Fluent on deal closings, resets and refinances.

- CLO Compliance expert. Must be able to review documents in detail,
compare to the tests modeled, design stress testing scenarios, review
output and track issues identified.

- Lead CLO warehouse launch, daily deliverables, closing warehouse into
a CLO and its ongoing life cycle from the Middle Office Operations
perspective. Involves thorough review of CLO Warehouse agreement,
Indenture, Investment Management Agreement, etc.

- Assist PMs, traders and analysts on ad hoc requests

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field

- Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, data,
filters)

- Minimum 2-3 years of CLO experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of Python, SQL and/or VBA is a plusW2 only
