Adecco US, Inc. Collaborations Coordinator in New York, New York

Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for a Collaborations Coordinator who will support a group of Collaboration partners as it relates to calendar, product development, marketing approvals, meeting coordination, and sample management.

This role is hybrid in NYC.

The Collaborations Coordinator must possess excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple tasks. Taking initiative, following through and problem-solving skills are a must!

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in product development, marketing, branding and administration to:

Product Development:

  • Ensure all product approvals are tracked and documented for collaborations

  • Update and uphold product development and market calendars for collaborations

  • Conduct research on potential collaboration partners.

  • Schedule and attend seasonal development reviews from initial concepts to final approvals for each collaboration based on development calendars.

  • Schedule meeting, prepare agenda, printed material, and manage attendees list.

  • Take notes and send out recaps post-meeting

  • Maintain ongoing sample requests from cross-functional teams; organize and manage sample closet


  • Maintain brand tool kits and advertising guidelines standards.

  • Coordinate advertising samples for seasonal photo shoots, special projects and presentations .

Brand Management/Administration:

  • Assist in preparation of merch/sku plans, line sheets, and hindsights

  • Maintain collaboration between internal directories

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

An outstanding professional will have...

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2+ years in brand management, project management, collaborations, licensing, marketing, merchandising or product development

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
