Jones Lang LaSalle Concierge Maitre D (Seasonal) in New York, New York

Set-up and manage Resy platform.
Review daily reservations, guests notes, plot reservations to maximize seating available, adjust, confirm and cancel reservations
Phone Management - answer phones, check voice mail, return messages.
Manage all aspects of the guest experience prior to arrival and once on-site.
Manage daily communication with Tartinery on menu availability and reservation report.
Check-in guest, manage seating requests.
Manage walk-in + waitlist for table service.
Enforce 90-minute table limit
Work closely with Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain efficient operations.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality customer service through positive professional interactions.
Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas, complying with safety and security standards at all times.
Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties.
