What we do:
The role will be instrumental in the development and building of the Cash Service Center (CSC), a once in a generation project for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Federal Reserve System. This role will report to the CSC Program Executive and support the CSC Team, a group of high preforming professionals that include a program manager, project managers and a business analyst.
Your role as Construction Project Management & Business Analysis Associate:
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, organize, and analyze project data, including budgets, schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate project status, trends, and key insights to stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance project efficiency.
Process Optimization
Evaluate construction processes, workflows, and procedures to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with project managers and teams to streamline operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
Implement best practices, tools, and systems to enhance project management capabilities and performance.
Team Engagement
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, the CM, and subcontractors.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, address concerns, and build consensus on project goals.
Act as a liaison between business units, ensuring alignment of objectives and effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
What we are looking for:
Construction management with practical experience on construction sites, understanding the day-to-day operations or managing construction projects from inception to completion is preferred.
Certifications of Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Mangement Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are preferred but not required.
Salary Range: $87900 - $151200 / year
