Title: Manager FSM ICS
This position serves as a strategic leader for our FSM delivery team and as an advisor to customers both internally and externally. This position is a meld of functional FSM, pre-sales, delivery leadership, and strategic thought leadership. The manager will be responsible for enabling the team to contribute to the productivity of the organization quickly as well as eventually taking on advanced presentation and demonstration responsibilities. Infor is looking for a seasoned manager to lead/mentor consultants by providing coaching, mentoring and development Infor methodology and advanced consulting skills.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
Define and assist in creating new offerings within functional and/or industry area of expertise.
Participate in value-based demonstrations to many different levels within an organization, including C-Level executives
Participate in discovery surveys with clients and prospects to uncover areas where Infor FSM solutions provide value
Assist in building and approving high quality proposals that contain the appropriate responses related to Infor FSM solutions
Ability to give value-based solution to customers/potential customer based on Infor's products
Act as solution line expert and work closely with other teams to provide product knowledge education to customers
Work with leadership team to develop consultants on Infor Methodology and enable consultant soft skills
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, relevant experience or experience working at top consulting firms
At least 7 years of solution consulting experience working with Finance or Supply Chain applications/functions or working with Accounting or Supply Chain solutions in an (Healthcare) organization, preferably cloud-based applications. Experience with Infor FSM solutions, a plus.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (on average 2 -3 days every other week).
Functional Accounting or Supply Chain product experience.
