As a Talent Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of that goal, providing comprehensive, people-driven HR services. Talent is at the center of our ongoing strategy. The opportunity

As a member of the Consulting National Practices Talent Team, you will have talent consultant responsibilities for the Consulting Service Line’s go-to-market executives and key enablement functions. These practices have team sizes ranging from 10 professionals to close to 100; all with expectations to grow as the SL targets hyper growth in line with our Next Wave ambitions over the coming years. Some, but not an exhaustive list of practices includes sector core teams, field of play leaders, business development and client executives, acquisitions, and a number of the infrastructure teams like experience management, quality and recruiting. You will be supported by a Talent Team Coordinator along with a .5FTE junior TC. You will be a member of a high performing National Practices Talent Team that collaborate and partner with each other closely across our programs and initiatives. Your key responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for high-quality execution of significant HR processes, including compensation, performance management and career development. You’ll serve as the frontline support to customer groups as well as provide strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives. Utilizing data analytics, you’ll provide insight on headcount, salaries and budgets and inform on solutions as needed. You may also be responsible for supervising and mentoring other team members.

  • Handling employee-relations issues for colleagues at all levels

  • Constantly identifying risks and opportunities for improvement to drive change

  • Managing large projects, including restructuring, leadership development and assessment initiatives

  • Translating complex data from a wide range of sources into meaningful insights that build and confirm your reputation as a key business partner

  • A broad knowledge of HR regulations, processes and leading practices

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Seven-plus years of experience

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A master’s degree, supported by Society for Human Resource Management certification

  • Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrixed environment
