This newly created position of Content Creator will work closely with the Social Media and Employee Engagement and Communications directors, reporting to the Director of Creative Services. This person will ideate and execute creative media and video projects from start to finish. The role will have past video editing and creative media experience in a B2B setting and will be able to manage multiple projects. This person manages the design from creative meetings through conception, execution and delivery. This person should be creative, conceptual and comfortable working in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Required Skills

Interpersonal Skill Requirements:

  • Being able to work with executive and c-level leaders as well as employees

  • Work with business partners to gather information and understand requirements of their needs and timelines

  • Maintain confidentiality when needed

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders

  • Ability to successfully work either independently and cooperatively

  • Self-starter creative, obsessed with content, has finger on the pulse of what comparable brands are producing

  • Candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and has excellent communication skills, and the ability to build great relationships

Creative Skill Requirements:

  • Expertise of the Adobe Creative Suite and other editing tools (After Effects, Final Cut, Adobe CC, etc.)

  • Ability to produce fresh, compelling content from storyboarding to execution

  • Proficiency with all video equipment, including but not limited to DSLRs, lighting, and microphones and audio equipment

  • Skilled in all areas of video production including shooting, lighting, audio, staging and styling, and directing


Required Experience

  • 3-5+ years' experience creating social and lifestyle videos and graphic assets

  • In-house experience working with creative teams

  • Expertise in fashion or women's lifestyle brands preferred
