Responsibilities

Reporting to the Health segment Associate Director of Thought Leadership & Public Relations, the Conte nt Marketing Senior Associate will manage integrated content development and dissemination programs aimed at generating brand awareness, engagement, and quality leads to fill the sales pipe. They will collaborate directly with segment, sales, and corporate leaders and experts to support strategic marketing efforts, including by developing and editing content, and publishing content via Guidehouse Health social channels as well as the Center for Health Insights website and newsletters.

The Content Marketing Senior Associate will also manage publishing calendars and KPIs for earned, sponsored, and self-published content in alignment with the lead generation, sales, and digital marketing team members. This role is unique in that this professional will align with all levels of marketing and sales to ensure messages are consistent and content is developed, promoted, and leveraged across a range of channels, including via blogs, case studies, sponsored content, ads, newsletters, sales, e-marketing, media, etc.

The Content Marketing Senior Associate is expected to be an excellent writer, communicator, and marketer who understands the full spectrum of content development and dissemination and can manage multiple projects/campaigns at a time. Experience in healthcare and managing thought leadership campaigns is a plus, as this role will support targeted campaigns for multiple healthcare audiences, including payers, providers, life sciences companies, employers, and federal and state agencies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Writing and editing blogs, case studies, press releases, opinion pieces, white papers, drip emails, advertisements, sponsored content, solutions websites, slicks, and social media posts.

  • Publishing to and project managing Guidehouse Health social media channels, as well as Center for Health Insights campaigns, content, calendars, and newsletters.

  • Working collaboratively with and supporting marketing colleagues across segments and sectors, including in Life Sciences and Financial/Managed Services solutions.

  • Managing marketing and sales KPI roll up report outs, including digital engagement, marketing acquired and qualified leads, sales qualified leads, and additional pipeline development.

  • Offering strategic, innovative ideas to support the development, execution, delivery and measurement of content across all external communications channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of healthcare marketing and communications experience.

  • A passion for or experience in healthcare writing.

  • Previous experience at consulting firms or healthcare organizations is a plus.

  • Agile marketing experience.

  • Previous marketing experience and demonstrated success with lead gen programs.

  • Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where innovation and collaboration are necessary, and accountability is expected.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Experience with Google analytics and media monitoring/analytics solutions.

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Additional Requirements

Salary Ranges: $100,000-$120,000 depending upon experience
