Japoke Inc. Cook - Japanese Food in New York, New York

Plans menus and cooks dishes such as sushi, poke bowls, comfort-food, rice balls, using raw fish as main ingredient. Prepares fish, meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, noodles and other items prior to cooking. Seasons and cooks food according to prescribed Japanese methods. Portions and garnishes food. Serves food to waiters on order. Estimates food consumption and requisitions or purchases supplies

Educational requirements: High School Diploma with ONE (1) YEAR experience as Japanese Cook.

Schedule: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
