TITLE: Cook, Korean Foods (1 Position)SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: New York City Food Protection Certificate and Proficiency at cooking Korean foods.JOB DUTIES: To clean, peel and cut all food ingredients and vegetables for Korean dishes in accordance with recipe and food preparation instructions; To prepare sauces for Korean style fried chicken; To maintain the kitchen, workstation and cook equipment in a clean and sanitary condition per all health and safety regulations; To make kimchi with fermented Napa cabbage and radish adding Korean traditional spices and seasonings; To store all food ingredients, sauces and kimchi in a refrigerator at proper temperature; to purchase or procure food materials and supplies based on the expected consumption; and To prepare and cook all orders, including Korean traditional dishes, in an accurate and timely manner.SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 1pm-9pm.CONTACT: Send resume to: Mad for Chicken Chelsea LLC,153 8th Avenue, New York, NY 10011Jobsite: New York, NY (Full-Time Position)
