Reporting directly to the Director of Creative & Design | Land the Coordinator of Creative Production's role includes:

Role& Responsibilities

  • Submitting Finance Requests & Reconciliations

  • Travel booking and travel tracking in partnership with our Travel & Logistics team.

  • Travel as needed for on-site work.

  • Facilitate Contracting Requests & Creating Payout Sheets for Seasonal Employees.

  • Submitting Invoices.

  • Financial Forecasting.

  • Act as the shipping point of contact for vendor communication and internal procurement team.

  • Enforce timelines & deadlines by creating a Weekly Schedule that will be distributed each Monday.

  • Upkeep and maintain all storage platforms (Wrike, Dropbox, Box, etc.).

  • Attend production meetings, when required.

  • Participate and orchestrate First Round Screening & Interviews - HR Management.

  • Assist with prep, management & inventory of prop shop.

  • Track storage and distribution management for all orders incoming and outgoing.

  • PTO Coverage - First point of escalation, filtering and actioning to the correct person.

  • Support the Creative Department & Production Managers with preparing/putting together budgets and understanding budget accountability.

  • Oversee and Project Manage design/creative specific projects, when needed.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Design, Stage Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Three years as a production coordinator or relevant experience.

  • Great time management skills, capable of meeting intense deadlines, and prioritizing multiple time sensitive projects at the same time.

  • Problem solver with great communication skills.

  • Works well in a team atmosphere as well as independently.  

  • A self-starter who works quickly in a high-volume production atmosphere. 

    A valid passport for the duration of employment for all travel-related roles.
