PVH Corp. Coordinator, Creative Studio- Temporary - Tommy Hilfiger in New York, New York
The THNY Creative Studio is a full-service, in-house integrated creative agency, supporting marketing and communications initiatives for Tommy Hilfiger, The Americas.
The Studio Team is responsible for managing all areas of photo/video production, retouching, digital and print production to deliver a coherent and consistent visually branded message across all marketing channels. Marketing channels include, but are not limited to, direct to consumer, email marketing, point of sale, e-commerce, wholesale, social media, influencer marketing, advertising, public relations and events.
The Project Coordinator will support both the Producer, Creative Studio and Associate Producer, Creative Studio in the planning and oversight of creative concept development, execution and production of Marketing projects across various verticals which include, but are not limited to, E-Commerce, Paid Media, Integrated, Wholesale, Licensing, Latin America, Events, Corporate Communications, and PR.
Coordinate all aspects of timeline planning, copy and creative development and quality control for the following areas:
Seasonal Wholesale/Licensing signage and digital asset updates
Seasonal Paid Social and Digital Display Advertising Production for Wholesale & Licensee
Monthly E-commerce Site Content and Newsletter updates
Seasonal Adaptive E-commerce and Paid Social updates
Internal Corporate Communications and Invites
Miscellaneous ad-hoc requests
Support Producer and Associate Producer on various Omni Channel initiatives as needed, including: timeline creation, managing and routing copy-related requests, routing creative and ensuring all parties are clear on feedback, file releases to vendors, routing printer proofs, assisting on QC of creative files, assistance on project management tool updates, estimate/invoice reconciliation; etc. Examples of omni-channel initiatives may include Tommy Hilfiger Adaptive commercial campaigns, Capsule Launches, Live Selling Events; etc.
Support on imagery/video post-production as needed including file releases, routing of retouching proofs/video edits
Clearly communicate feedback to Media vendors, estimate/invoice management; etc
Maintain asset library on creative server ensuring assets and guidelines are up to date
Manage requests for Latin America creative approvals
General team support on Workfront system needs
Ensure all briefs are complete and requested timelines are realistic
Monitor creative workflow for overages on creative or copy rounds and work with appropriate parties to rectify
QC creative to ensure brief needs are met and requested changes are implemented
Ensure marketing teams review creative prior to presenting to executive teams
Attend team status meetings with Producers and Creative Design and keep timelines and project statuses up to date in Workfront to ensure team priorities are clear
Reconciling vendor invoices against estimates, providing approved invoices to Marketing teams.
1-2+ years integrated project management experience, including prior management of digital production, print production, image editing
Workfront experience a plus
Creative agency experience a plus
Fashion retail experience a plus
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or other related field
Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects through to completion
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships
Strong interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions

Hands on experience working within web-based project management systems (ex – Workfront, Frame.io, Basecamp, Wrike; etc)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Apple Creative Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Keynote
Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)
Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS and common coding/programming practices
Basic knowledge of the capabilities and limitations around various print & digital production processes
