PRIMARYOBJECTIVE: Support the NA Education Department by completing
all administrative tasks, working on education/artistry gratis & tools and overseeing
creative projects. Function as liaison between NA Education Department and
Field regarding digital education.
Support NA Education Department on all aspects of new product/basic gratisforecasts including selection of items, tracking, budget management andshipment to field executives and makeup artists
Enter all NA Education Creative needs into GMW, work with CreativeDepartment to manage project timelines and ensure completion. Partner withMarketing where needed.
Ensure all artists and field executives are registered for the BBUdigital education platform, adding and deleting as needed. Upload NA exclusiveeducation content to site.
Manage inventory levels of all training materials in conjunction withoutside vendor.
Maintain inventory levels of NA Education product closet and makeup kits
Oversee Artist Certification spreadsheet and charm distribution
Reconcile the Education Department’s American Express Corporate MeetingCard as well as Training Seminar checkbook, including training seminar costsand T&E to ensure department complies with allocated budget, on a monthlybasis
Manage ordering, printing and distribution of all education tools andgratis to Field Executives by working with outside vendor and Global Education
Collaborate with the Director of NA Education on the creation of digitaleducation content, field communications, In Store Workshops and PowerPointpresentations, as needed
Track, and ensure, all assets required to support education segments ofprograms with cross functional teams to ensure finished projects are deliveredon time and to standard.
Work with Field Executives on all aspects of Gratis Awards program toensure eligible makeup artists receive seasonal gratis on time.
Manage and organize all aspects of NA education meetings
Review Training Seminar contracts prior to submitting credit cardauthorization forms for training venue payment
Oversee department’s Staples account/approvals
2 years relevant work experience
Superior organization skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint,e-Demo, SAP, CPMS, Gratis Awards
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced multi-dimensional environment
