RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the promotional [Gift Sets & GWPs] product development and execution process from ideation to launch including (but not limited to) developing concept/claims/storytelling, creative and pack design brief based on consumer insights and financial business case recommending cost of good and pricing targets to ultimately deliver seasonal promotional launches to market on time & within budget
Manage all aspects of the promotional marketing mix: develop and execute promotional brand plans, promotional strategy, and promotional go-to-market activities to achieve brand objectives
Drive creation of all promotional presentations (i.e. global marketing meetings, global marketing offerings, seasonal brand presentations to markets & licensor)
Provide Prestige & Mass Fragrance Category expertise, analyzing Juicy Couture portfolio vs. competitive brands to make recommendations on new product launches, promotional product launches, and pricing strategy.
Manage promotional brand asset & packaging design creation including briefing, shoots, tool kit creation in partnership with in-house agency, external agencies, package design team & Licensor
Develop and manage the marketing support activations to drive promotional business including close collaboration with lead local markets and partnering with creative and retail execution teams on POS activations
Manage Juicy Couture digital & social media asset & copy creation for all launches and promotional offerings
Create and track all Juicy Couture global POs for asset creation & brand support, to achieve desired budget
Manage and track all product samples & comps including in-office product closet
Assist Brand Manager in the marketing support, including but not limited to, new product development and execution, concept development, creative and pack design briefs, and financial business case recommendations to ultimately deliver launches on time & within budget
REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor’s degree is required
1-2 years’ experience in relevant field [marketing, beauty, PR, fashion, etc.]
Experience in prestige/multi-channel fragrance, beauty, color, personal care a plus
High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker
Willingness to learn
Flexibility and team player – ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
Time/project management skills and ability to prioritize projects as necessary
Good verbal and written communication skills
Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Must be passionate about the beauty/personal care industry
Social Media and e-commerce experience a plus
