Assist the Special Events Group, along with general administrative aspects for the group.
Prepare and submit department invoices; retrieve payments from accounts payable and send out to all vendors
Oversee Sales ticket allotment on a daily basis to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert; Monitor schedule, guest confirmation letters and daily attendance list to show
Assist on various event logistics - collaterals, hotel rooming lists, transportation, seating, hotel billing, websites, attendee lists, etc.
Reconcile monthly billing for departmental purchasing card & corporate meeting card
Other duties include, but not limited to: shipping for events, office supplies and general office duties
Some travel required for certain events
Ability to work under deadlines without supervision
Interface with CBS Executives
Prior work experience in corporate environment
Strong finance understanding
Excellent organization and communication skills
Excellent computer skills; Excel required
