What we are looking for:
The scope of the Content Studio encompasses copy & design, amplifying Global Big Idea Brand and Program creative into owned and paid omni-channels, along with Always On/Evergreen Web, Social and Programmatic media.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Copywriter with experience creating content for global brands. You should have a strong creative voice, ease in working in close partnership with art direction & design resources, and an understanding of the cross section between technology, production and advertising. Experience developing concepts within an agency environment and writing for different digital platforms and contexts is required. We’re looking for someone who can both execute well and come up with ideas.
You will be responsible for crafting copy to assist the client in building brand identities across their portfolio, communicating offerings in an engaging manner, and driving sales.
Write copy and generate ideas
Write copy in short and long form
Produce creative work of quality and in volume for Digital, Print, Social, Events and more
Collaborating (where necessary) with the NY Creative Department and other internal Hogarth departments
Taking and responding to briefs from CD and Business and Project leads on the team
Demonstrate and champion clear understanding of brand
Contribute to team meetings and other touchpoints
5+ years in creating, writing and publishing marketing content ideally within advertising, design agencies or in-house creative team. Experience of writing for hospitality industry and Loyalty programs would be a plus
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications or a related subject preferred
Ability to develop innovative creative work that’s in line with strategy
Be highly creative and imaginative
Strong conceptual & problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of the creative development process
Ability to effectively work with other creative staff members, vendors, and freelancers
Extreme attention to detail, combined with the ability to focus only on the details that matter so that writing is clear and simple
Impeccable writing skills, and ability to quickly interpret client needs and work well under tight time constraints
Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Highly collaborative mindset with an ability to work well with immediate Atlanta team, but also across the Hogarth regional and global network as required.
Ability to persuasively communicate and support the work
Proactivity in self-learning and skills improvement through training and keeping abreast of industry advances
