JPMorgan Chase Corporate & Investment Bank Winning Women Full-Time Undergraduate Experience in New York, New York

In an effort to achieve broad representation, we have designed a program to attract students who self- identify as being a woman.

Our Winning Women Early Insights Program seeks to provide female undergraduate students with a first-hand look at what it's like to work at a leading financial services firm offering training and networking events and earlier consideration for opportunities.

Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive team. We want your diverse perspective to help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. We will give you what you need to succeed through training and networking with senior leaders and other talented individuals.

What to expect?

We will be offering an event for specific programs within the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). Through training and networking at the event, you will gain a better understanding of our firm and how to have a successful career here. You will have an opportunity to learn more deeply about summer internship programs within the Corporate & Investment Bank.

Applications for the below summer full-time analyst opportunities are now open.

  • Risk (New York, Plano, Houston)

  • Wholesale Payments (Jersey City, NJ)

Who We Are Seeking

If you're highly motivated and enjoy working in teams to come up with innovative solutions, this program is for you. We welcome applications from all majors who have an interest in financial services.

  • Attentive to detail

  • Eager to learn and develop

  • Strong collaboration skills

  • Ability to think critically and analyze data

  • Basic understanding of financial services

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Fluency in English

  • Attend college/university in the U.S.

  • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

  • Expected graduation date of December 2021 - Spring 2022

To be eligible for this program, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. About the process

To be considered for the CIB Winning Women Insights Program, please complete the steps below:

  • Submit your application for the CIB Winning Women Program event by Sunday, October 31, 2021.

  • Complete a program-specific application for any businesses of interest from the list below by Sunday, October 31, 2021.

  • 2022 Risk Management Full-Time Analyst Program

  • 2022 Wholesale Payments Full-Time Analyst Program

  • Submit any requested supplemental materials (Pymetrics or HireVue) by Tuesday, November 2, 2021.
