Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified mid/senior level associate to join our corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice in New York.
Morgan Lewis lawyers handle critical commercial transactions that enable our clients to run their business operations effectively. Our experience in outsourcing, complex technology solutions, and online presence management makes us leaders in the outsourcing and technology fields who are recognized for innovation and thought leadership. We have handled many of the largest, highest-profile outsourcing deals in the market, spanning multiple industries and types of business processes. The Morgan Lewis team focuses on technology transactions, including licensing, services, and alliance deals that involve emerging technologies such as cloud computing, software as a service, and data analytics. We assist clients in managing their online presence, from website development, hosting, and maintenance; to privacy and use policies; to data breach and retention issues. We provide ordinary course contract support, representing clients at all points in the supply and distribution chain. Our experience ranges from managing entire contract portfolios to assisting with contract overflow.

Ideal candidates will have experience in outsourcing, technology and/or complex other commercial transactions. A strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements is required. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills.
