Key Responsibilities

_ Lead design teams at a brand level to deliver strategic creative and design solutions with a commitment to and eye for impeccable craft

_Direct projects, including creative sessions, crits, selection, and refinement

_Confidently and effectively present to array of audiences (including large groups, C Suite, clients)

_Guide, direct and mentor team to deliver creative excellence

_Partner with account team(s) and support the creation of effective and accurate proposals

_Hold a working knowledge of design team resourcing, and be a part of its orchestration

Skills & Requirements

_10+ years of experience working in design and/or creative agency

_4+ years of leading creative teams

_Strong interpersonal and communication skills

_Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mentality

_Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple clients, projects, workstreams, and deadlines

_Understanding of a variety of working styles and personality types

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $121,000.00 - $204,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 05/30/24.
