Super Soccer Stars Coaching Customer Advocacy & Sales Specialist (Seasonal/Project/PT) in New York, New York

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing friendly and efficient communication with customers via phone, sms, live chat and email: relaying information, answering questions, registering children for classes

  • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure fantastic customer service. Building trust, credibility, and rapport.

  • Booking and managing custom classes for clients

  • Obtaining and sharing feedback with regional operations and coaching departments to ensure satisfaction and continued participation for future seasons.

  • Identifying new streams of revenue and proactively securing enrollment

  • Offering support to the managerial and regional operations teams

Work Location & Requirements:

  • This role will be conducted remotely during the course of your scheduled shifts

  • All you need is access to a computer, high-speed internet, and a cell phone/smartphone

  • You will be required to stay tethered to your remote team through real-time communication and messaging apps, such as Slack, Google Hangout, Zoom, Salesforce ServiceCloud, and other platforms

  • We have offices in NYC and LA, amongst other regions, and depending on your location some time may be scheduled in the nearest regional office from time to time for orientation and team building.

Work Hours & Dates:

  • This is a Seasonal/Project Based Position, paid Hourly, with the opportunity for an extended contract

  • Initial Project Duration Approx 3-4 Months (March-June)

  • FT Hours - Minimum 5 Days (40hrs) per week during the initial project duration (Available Shifts: Mon-Fri or Sat-Wed or Flex Hours based on need)

  • PT Hours - 3-4 Days (24-32hrs) per week during the initial project duration, but MUST provide full weekend availability on either an 8am-5pm/9am-6pm shift (Available Shifts: Fri-Sun, Fri-Mon)

  • $18 per hour, starting salary (non-negotiable)

  • Sales & Booking Commission Opportunities

  • Potential Summer & Fall season extensions based on performance

  • Paid Induction Training (x2 Weeks)

  • Weekly shifts mostly run Mon-Fri, but weekend availability is a requirement for ad hoc scheduling

Requirements

  • Personable, intelligent, hard-working, outgoing, and energetic

  • Superb phone manners and written skills

  • Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are an absolute must.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively on projects and responsibilities

  • Ability to work remotely from home
